Meet our Pastors

As Pastors of Family Worship Center, Vicki and I have a clear call from God to develop the gifts and callings of His people. We understand the importance of the five-fold ministry as stated in Ephesians 4:11-13 “to equip the saints for the work of the ministry.” With dynamic Bible teaching and training in our School of Ministry, powerful women’s and men’s ministries and exciting classes for children and youth, we are striving to help God’s people be rooted in Christ, grow in the Word and “find their purpose and destiny in God.”

Vicki and I realize that to bring in the harvest of Mid-Missouri and the world, Family Worship Center must have a functional body as stated in 1 Corinthians 12. Each member has a specific place in this body; no part is too small or too large and each is equally important. As Pastors, we understand that submission to church leadership and unity among believers is crucial. Through leadership and discipleship classes, members are encouraged to discover and develop their talents and gifts to be used collectively in the body of Christ.

Our deepest desire is to see God’s people be all that they have been called to be. We have purposed in our hearts to reach the lost, heal the wounded and broken hearted, tear down walls of offense and to proclaim and walk in the blessings of God (Deuteronomy 8: 7-13). Vicki and I can truly say that we share the heart of a shepherd. Whether it is through a Sunday message or a private word of instruction, our goal is to lead our flock to a deeper intimacy with God.
